2. Hands-on testing

We buy or borrow units and use them in real-world conditions over days or weeks, measuring the things that matter: performance, build quality, battery, value, and ease of use.

3. Score and compare

Each product is rated against consistent criteria so our comparisons are fair and repeatable. Our verdicts reflect long-term use, not a 10-minute unboxing.

4. Keep it current

We revisit our guides as new products launch and update the publish/updated dates so you always know how fresh a recommendation is.
